Let me preface by saying that my standards are a bit higher than the average person's because I have practiced Real Estate in the past, which can be a blessing and a curse kinda. So with all that being said we had been working with Kristin for over a year and through this whole process she has been so professional yet compassionate, honest yet kind, and so hardworking and available whenever we had any concerns or problems came about ( and there was quite a few). We met Kristin through email after seeing a home on REALTOR.com which I liked. My husband and I had been living in South Korea for over 16 years and were moving to Huntsville, AL, a place in the US where we had never lived before. We arrived in Huntsville about a month after our initial email contact. We contacted Kristin as soon as we arrived and the house hunt began the very next day. We met Kristin through email after seeing a home on REALTOR.com which I liked. My husband and I had been living in South Korea for over 16 years and were moving to Huntsville, AL, a place in the US where we had never lived before. We arrived in Huntsville about a month after our initial email contact. We contacted Kristin as soon as we arrived and the house hunt began the very next day. We found our forever home and even after closing she emailed us an extensive list of services and contacts, we might need such as landscaping, pest or termite, tree trimming, etc. Oh, and did I mention that we found our house on Memorial Day? As part of a government relocation, we found ourselves with about 6 weeks to move to get our son settled into a school. Thankfully Kristin came highly recommended by a family we know well. Before arriving in the area, we had multiple conversations about what we were looking for, and what properties we liked. During our 10-day home-finding trip, while being about 94 weeks pregnant, Kristin showed us 25+ houses in 4 days. She walked us through making a competitive offer for a house we liked. Then, hours before all contracts had to be in for that house, she sent us one more house that would be on the market two days later. That house ended up being everything we wanted and is now our home. Relocating under such a tight schedule is extremely stressful, especially when the move is more than 650 miles.
